REQUIREMENTS

Miss Earth Florida Delegates only

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and not older than 26 on the date of Miss Earth (Nov. 2010)**
  • A U.S. Citizen
  • Possess or will possess a U.S. Passport by August 2010 (please provide copy) 
  • Must be willing and able to travel to the 2010 Miss Earth United States Pageant in Las Vegas from July 31st to August 5th 2010 (all travel and accommodation expenses paid by us) 
  • Must not be married, never have been married, and never had a marriage annulled
  • Must never have given birth to a child, be pregnant or be a parent
  • Must be of good health and moral character
  • Must be a naturally born female
  • Must be willing to actively advocate and educate for the preservation and protection of the environment
  • Must represent themselves, the pageant and the slogan "Beauties for a Cause" with integrity and mutual respect with the emphasis on professionalism
  • Must not have any misdemeanor or felony records
  • Must be willing and available to schedule in advance some appearances and rehearsals around Florida
  • NO experience necessary
  • NO talent necessary (but there is an optional talent competition at the national level if you're interested)
** If you are 18 years old, you can opt to participate in either the TEEN or the MISS divisions.

  • Must be at least 15 years of age but not older than 19 years of age as of December, 2010.** 
  • A U.S. Citizen or permanent legal resident (must provide copy of Permanent Resident card)
  • Never been married, given birth to a child and born female
  • Must be able to travel to the national pageant in Las Vegas between July 31st and August 5th 2010 (all expenses paid by us)
  • Must be willing to adopt the pageant's main platform and actively advocate and educate her peers on the importance of preserving and protecting the environment 
  • Must be of good moral character
  • Must be willing and available to schedule in advance appearances and rehearsals around Florida (we'll work around your schedule but some flexibility is required, especially some weekends)
  • NO experience necessary
  • NO talent necessary (but there is an optional talent competition at the national level if you're interested)
  • NO minimum weight and height requirements

** If you are 18 years old, you can opt to participate in either the TEEN or the MISS divisions

 

 

 

 

REGISTRATION PROCESS

REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Request an application to info@earthfloridapageants.com

2. Fill out your application entirely.

3. Submit your application. You can email it back or mail it to Integral Beauty Productions LLC

4. Do not forget to include the pageant fee ($200), copy of a photo I.D. and 2 high-resolution photos of yourself. Checks and money orders must be payable to Integral Beauty Productions LLC; memo: Miss Earth Florida 2010

5.  If you are under 19, please attach a signed parental consent. If you did not receive one with your application package, please request it from us.

6. Wait for your confirmation as a pageant contestant and receive all the details and schedule.

*You won't be registered as an official contestant until we receive your application, ID, photos and fee.

ADDITIONAL PAGEANT CONTESTANT INFORMATION

Registration and Entry fee:

 

-The non-refundable State Pageant fee is $350 $200.
No other fees will be mandated or required.

-Contestants are encouraged to look for sponsorship to pay for their pageant fee as well as for their
wardrobe and other pageant necessities. Guidance on how to obtain this sponsorship will be provided if requested.


Required paperwork:

 

  • Registration form fully completed and signed.
  • Pageant agreement signed (you will receive it as soon as you register for the pageant. Questions? Let us know!)
  • Provided parental consent form signed (for contestants under 19 only) – No exceptions.
  • Copy of 1 photo ID.
  • 2 high resolution color photos submitted with your registration form: digital copy saved as a JPEG on a CD or emailed to info@earthfloridapageants.com.
  • 2 high resolution casual photos of yourself for the program book emailed to info@earthfloridapageants.com. Photos can be of you at an event, with friends, family or pets, during a holiday or vacation or any other situation where your personality shines through.

    Pageant day:

     -Contestants need to be at pageant site no later than 9 a.m. and available to stay until at least 10 p.m., after the show. Further instructions will be available when registration process ends.

     
    -No one other than contestants and pageant staff will be allowed in the dressing rooms or during rehearsals. No exceptions please. Hair and makeup will be the contestants’ responsibility, as it is at the national competitions.

     

    Rehearsals 

    Bring your high heels to rehearsal. Wear something comfortable, that expresses your personality and you can be yourself in. Keep in mind this will be the same outfit you will wear for the PRIVATE INTERVIEW with the judges. No business suits please. It could be jeans, dresses, skirts or any other outfit that is proper for your age.

    Opening outfit

    • MISS: Solid white sun dress – white, taupe or clear 3-inch or higher heel shoes
    • TEEN: Solid hot pink sun dress – white, taupe or clear shoes. Flats or heels.
        

    Swimsuit

     

    MISS and TEEN: 1 or 2-piece bathing suit in solid colors. No patterns.
    No thongs or Brazilian cut, must be in good taste, any questions, just ask. No pronounced cleavage 

     

    Evening gown

     

    Full-length, any color or style as long as it is tasteful. You can use your prom dress or a basic long dress. The dress will not be scored but rather the grace and confidence you carry yourself in it. Please do not make a big investment for this competition if you don’t need to.
     

    Shoes: 

    Recommended strappy 3.5” heels. Clear or taupe. No platforms.

    -Contestants are encouraged to invite as many supporters to the event as they wish, although seating is limited for which early tickets purchase is recommended. Tickets will go on sale at www.EarthFloridaPageants.com/tickets.  Banners, flags, posters and any other silent support sign are welcome! Let your family and friends show their support!

    We will have FABULOUS raffles for the audience members... gift certificates, swimsuits and more! Their ticket is their raffle slip. 

    -Tickets will be sold for $20 and $25 (online) or at the door (cash only).  Groups of 10 people or more purchased at once, $18 each (online only).
     

     

    Spirit Award will be offered to the one delegate who sells more tickets for the event (minimum of 20). This contestant will automatically win a spot to compete in Miss Earth United States or Teen Earth United States

    * Make sure people add your name to their online orders so these tickets are assigned to you.


    *The contestant who wins this Spirit Award will be entirely responsible for national entry fee and airfare costs. She will receive from the pageant organizers accommodations and meals in Las Vegas for the national pageant, as well as media promotion, crown, sash, official regional title (not Miss Earth Florida title) and pageant coaching.
     

    - Optional contestant advertisement for the program book will be available. Request rate sheet if interested.

     

    -TV and print media will be present.

     

    -No alcohol beverages will be permitted.
